▤

Client portals

A branded home per client for files, approvals, updates and invoices.

→

Onboarding portals

Forms, contracts and kickoff tasks that run themselves after a signature.

◆

Deal rooms

One link per opportunity: proposal, pricing, mutual action plan, e-signature.

◈

Partner & vendor portals

Controlled spaces for the people outside your team who still need access.

▣

Knowledge bases

One source of truth, internal or client-facing, searchable by people and agents.

⌘

Internal workspaces

Your team's side of the same system, no duplicate sources of truth.

It should feel like a microsite, not a project tool.

Project management tools need onboarding and training; clients quietly go back to email instead. Every portal we build looks and behaves like a secure page on your website: nothing to learn, nothing to install.

No learning curve: it reads like a website, not a dashboardYour logo and colours, end to endPer-client permissions so nobody sees another client's workWorks on a phone, because that's where clients open links
portal · acme-co

A portal reads like a page on your site: nothing for a client to learn.

Agents that answer, route and summarise.

Trained on your documentation and past tickets, scoped to what they're allowed to say, with every answer traceable to a source. They live inside the portal and your team workspace, not in yet another tab.

Intake agent: qualifies and tags new enquiriesKnowledge agent: answers from your own content onlySummariser: turns a thread or meeting into a status updateClient-facing agents with their own permissionsHandoff rules: escalates to a human with context attached
 AGENT LOG · INTAKE

visitor: do you migrate WooCommerce stores?

agent: Yes, WooCommerce migrations are included free on every plan, typically live in 24–72 hours.

system: tagged woocommerce · routed to migrations · human notified

The busywork between the emails.

CRM, Slack, Teams, calendar and email kept in sync.

◆

Custom client apps

Calculators, request tools and dashboards, branded to your business.

We run it. It never becomes your hire.

One workshop, a written spec, both numbers up front, then Forge operates and improves it going forward.

Scope, build, run.

01

Scope

We map what your clients actually need to see and do: one workshop, one written spec, both numbers in writing.

02

Build & brand

Portal, workflows, agents and any custom app, configured end to end by us.

03

Run

We operate and improve it going forward, so it never becomes your problem or your hire.

Enterprise-grade security

SSO, 2FA and encryption on the platform underneath, with audit-ready access logs.

Permissions at scale

Per-client, per-space and per-document control, managed by us as your roster changes.

You own it

The workspace and the data are yours; we can hand over the keys any time.

Common questions

How is this priced?

Scoped per project for the build, then a flat monthly to operate it. You get both numbers in writing before anything starts.

Will my clients actually use it?

That's the whole design constraint. Portals look like a secure page on your site rather than a project tool, so there's nothing for a client to learn before they can find a file or approve something.

Do we need our own software licences?

We provision everything the portal needs as part of the build, or work inside a workspace you already pay for.

Can it replace tools we already pay for?

Often yes: file sharing, e-signatures, forms, knowledge base and client chat usually collapse into the portal. We'll tell you honestly which of your tools should stay.

Who owns the portal?

You do: the workspace and the data. We operate it on your behalf and can hand over the keys any time.

Show us your client workflow.

Thirty minutes is usually enough to tell you whether a portal is worth building, and what it should replace.
